The light-blue rectangles represent recorded sections of a dictation. The yellow rectangle shows the current position in the dictation. The figures represent elapsed minutes. Indices are indicated by black triangles.
N.B. Index marks set in Olympus DS-3300 or 4000 mobile recorders and then imported will also be shown as indices.
To jump directly to a particular position in a dictation, click on a rectangle.
To mark a particular point in a dictation, right click on a rectangle and choose "Index...Set Index" from the pop-up menu.
Depending on the total length of the dictation, each rectangle represents the length of time shown in the table below:
