When a dictation is recorded in the Recorder, an audio file is created, as shown in Column "A" of the Dictation Overview as a loudspeaker symbol. The meanings of all the symbols in this column are shown in the following table:

Dictation was sent by e-mail. Cannot be loaded until an Answer (typed-up text) is received and imported, or the dictation is selected and unblocked. |
