In the "Remarks" Column you can enter a comment (e.g. "re: letter from client") using up to 50 alphanumeric characters. Clicking in a "Remarks" field reveals a drop-down list of the most recent remarks entered at your system, which can be selected by mouse-click as a quick way of entering information into the field.
The list is normally limited to the last 10 entries. This can
be extended to more entries by adding the parameter RemarkListLimit=
under the [CENTPARAM] section in the DNMCF.ini file which is located in the shared network setup folder.
For example, to extend the list to 20 entries: RemarkListLimit=20 .
There is an optional function to pre-set the remarks in a central network file available to all users as a standard description for dictations. Contact Support for details of how to set this up.
