PRIORITY Column (P)

The "Priority" Column displays the priority level chosen when the dictation was saved in the Save Menu. It can be edited by the Author: to do so, double click on the Priority field and select another priority from the dropdown list. The options available are: "Deadline", "High", "Urgent", "In progress" (blocked) and "Normal".

Entering a priority level in this field should not be regarded as a replacement for normal office deadline procedures!
Should a deadline not be met, the software developers and suppliers cannot accept liability.

If this column displays the Head-in-Profile symbol , then it is "in progress".  This dictation is blocked to prevent editing by anyone other than the Author. Only the Author can change this priority to allow others to edit the dictation.

A Loudspeaker symbol indicates an Urgent Message. This priority level can only be changed once the message has been dealt with.
